Cancellation
Policy

To provide the best experience for all guests, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7 or more days before your scheduled trip: Receive a 100% refund.

  • 6 days to 48 hours before your scheduled trip: Receive a 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before your scheduled departure: Bookings are non-refundable.

Examples

  • Example 1: Your trip is scheduled for Saturday, January 17. If you cancel on or before Friday, January 9, you will receive a full refund.

  • Example 2: Your trip is scheduled for Saturday, January 17. If you cancel between Saturday, January 10 and Thursday, January 15, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • Example 3: Your trip is scheduled for Saturday, January 17. If you cancel after 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 15 (less than 48 hours before departure), your booking is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Safety is our top priority.

 

Weather conditions, unsafe ice, or any other safety concerns may require us to modify, reschedule, or cancel a trip at our discretion. If Solstice Adventure Company LLC must cancel due to weather or safety, guests will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. By booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation.
