Clearwater Grayling Fishing
This Arctic Grayling Adventure starts 95 miles outside of Fairbanks, in Delta Junction, Alaska.
Service Description
Join Solstice Adventure Company for an unforgettable Arctic grayling fishing adventure on the beautiful Delta Clearwater River. Your journey begins at the Delta Clearwater State Recreation Site, where I will greet you and get you settled aboard our boat. We typically do this trip on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, if there is another day that works better for you please reach out via our contact information, if we don't have other trips booked that day we could work with you on scheduling. As we head upriver, soak in the breathtaking Alaskan scenery, clear, pristine waters winding through lush spruce forests, with nothing but fresh air and the quiet of nature surrounding you (however the boat is loud). This river is a special place for us—my wife and I spend countless hours here fishing for grayling ourselves, so we know the Delta Clearwater and we want to share it with our guests. We’ll travel to prime grayling habitat, known for its healthy population of these colorful, hard-fighting fish. Once on location, the real fun begins. Our guides will share expert tips and techniques to help you hook into Arctic grayling, famous for their vibrant fins and energetic fights. Whether you’re an experienced angler or trying fishing for the first time, we’re there to support and encourage you every step of the way. Throughout the trip, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and keep an eye out for local wildlife such as moose and a variety of bird species. We welcome both fly anglers and spin casters, and we bring a full selection of quality gear so you can focus on having fun. At Solstice Adventure Company, we pride ourselves on creating relaxed, memorable outdoor experiences—and this Delta Clearwater River grayling trip is one you won’t forget. One of my favorite parts of guiding is watching kids reel in their fish and teaching them the skills that make fishing fun and rewarding. Because of that, we do our best to keep our prices affordable for youth and children, making it easier for families to get outside, learn, and create lasting memories together. We can only support groups of 4 person or less on this trip due to boat limitations. All persons 16 years of age or older must have a valid State Of Alaska Sport Fishing License to be part of this trip.
