Refund Policy

At Solstice Adventure Company LLC, we understand that plans can change.

Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to the scheduled trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the trip may receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

 

Safety is our top priority.

 

Weather conditions, unsafe ice, or any other safety concerns may require us to modify, reschedule, or cancel a trip at our discretion. If Solstice Adventure Company LLC must cancel due to weather or safety, guests will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. By booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation.
