In the event of cancellation initiated by us, we will offer a refund or rescheduling option, but we are not liable for additional costs such as travel, lodging, or personal expenses.

4. No Guarantee of Catch or Outcome

Fishing success is not guaranteed. Wildlife behavior and natural conditions are unpredictable.
You acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks and that Solstice Adventure Company LLC is not responsible for:

• Lack of fish caught

• Weather preventing success

• Personal expectations not being met

Outdoor and adventure activities in Alaska come with risks, including but not limited to:

• Slippery ice

• Extreme cold

By booking a trip, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree that participation is at your own risk and that you will follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
